The floorplans orientate all rooms toward sweeping views while maintaining privacy for each of the four bedroom suites.

A localized open loop geothermal system supports all primary HVAC systems, pool, spa, and domestic water heating. A roof level solar power farm produces approximately 15,000 W of power capable of supporting the normal daily operations of the residence.
