Designed to function as a vacation home for a European family, the project started in 2015 as a multi-work effort renovation and addition to an existing late mid-century beach bungalow. Executed in 10 individual work efforts over a period of seven and a half years to comply with rigorous coastal building limitations and standards, the project epitomizes the reuse of an existing non-confirming building with a conforming addition to create seamless integration of both resulting in a world class architecture, design features, and workmanship.
